  • I am a retired Air Force Chaplain residing in Hodgenville, Kentucky. I studied Psychology, Sociology, and Religion at Mississippi College, graduating in 1993. I received a Master of Divinity in Mission, Evangelism, and Ministry from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in 2001. I completed additional studies at Gateway Seminary.
  • My pastoral ministry has spanned more than 33 years and eight states. I served churches in Mississippi and Kentucky before entering the Air Force where I served as a chaplain with assignments in Illinois, Texas, Alaska, and Florida, before retiring in 2017.
  • My travels have taken me to India, Israel, Senegal, France, Germany, Japan, Curacao, Canada, and The Philippines.
  • I am a Pastor/Theologian, Teacher, Author, Clinical Pastoral Education Supervisor~Educator, and a Board Certified Chaplain with triple certification through the Association of Certified Christian Chaplains, the Spiritual Care Association, and the National Association of Veterans Affairs Chaplains.
  • I have held endorsements for VA chaplaincy, military chaplaincy, and corporate/workplace chaplaincy from the North American Mission Board of the Southern Baptist Convention.
  • I serve on the National Board of the Association of Certified Christian Chaplains and also serve on their Chaplain Care Team.
  • I am an FAA certificated pilot with several hundred hours in a variety of aircraft.
  • God has blessed me and I want to pass that blessing along to churches. My present ministry, therefore, is to serve churches during the interim/transitional period between pastors.
  • I have over 33 years experience in pastoral ministry and continue to seek opportunities to receive training in various areas related to pastoral ministry leadership to include Traditional Interim training, Transitional Pastor training, Church Revitalization, Disaster Relief, and Chaplaincy.
