What I Do
I provide pastoral leadership to churches seeking to successfully navigating seasons of transition. I can provide both Traditional Interim services and Intentional Interim Services. Either way, I do more than merely fill the pulpit on Sundays. I seek to provide a strategic approach to churches during the interim period between pastors. "Be shepherds of God's flock that is under your care, watching over them--not because you must, but because you are willing, as God wants you to be; not pursuing dishonest gain, but eager to serve; not lording it over those entrusted to you, but being examples to the flock" (1 Peter 5:2-3).
I am also available for pulpit supply for pastors needing time off or for churches simply needing assistance as they prepare for the transitional period between pastors. Pulpit supply is a good way for churches to take some time to prepare for the transitional period between pastors. At some point, however, the church should strongly and prayerfully consider calling an Interim or Transitional Pastor.
